Whatever we do and wherever we go we have an ‘impact’ but to what extent do we understand that impact and to what extent do we link that to the concept of leadership?
This isn’t exactly the question Drew Dudley raises but it’s close. Drew kicks off his short Ted Talk (see link below) by asking if people think they are leaders. He goes on to claim that acts of leadership are a daily occurrence that we may not even be aware of. Have a look at the video and do one thing that improves the lives of others today. Now that’s real leadership.
