Tara Zutshi

Tara is a professional coach and facilitator who works with leaders and organisations to realise their true potential. With over 20 years experience of the FMCG marketplace in sales leadership, Tara is well placed to understand where an organisation, individual or team is not delivering to potential and will develop and deliver a tailor - made solution to improve performance.

Tara is trained as a Certified Professional Coach with the Coaches Training Institue (CTI) and is also a graduate of their Leadership Programme. She is also an certified facilitator of the 'Team Diagnostics' Assessment and uses other tools such as L.P.I. and DiSC.

She has a broad experience of sales and retail from Safeway, Mars, Pepsi Co and latterly Coors Brewers. Working in industry with these organisations, her passion was developing people and teams to be their best.

Tara has an honours degree in Chemistry. Some of her recent clients include Reach, Pertemps, GL Brown, Edge Creative and Action for Children.
