There is a lot of talk about values and lots of organisations have them... We have a few simple ones at the heart of our philosophy. We are a people business. We don't talk about them an awful lot - we just do.

Trust
Being a people business our 'permission to operate' or our 'must have' is trust. Our clients need to trust us and we need to trust in each other to do the right thing in every situation. We do sensitive work, work that we care about. It takes courage from our clients and they trust us to create a 'safe' environment.

Service
We aim to provide the right impact for our clients. We support clients in a variety of ways from pulling together large Leadership Conferences to hosting a 1:1 coaching session. In every case, we care about the service we provide. Even if things go wrong, we make sure the experience is put right.

Honesty
We are a business. Doing business the right way is important to us. If we see something that is not right we'll talk about it. If we have a 'tough' question we'll raise and make it ok. We do the right thing.

Integrity
We take a broad view of things and look at the 'whole'. This goes for our approach in our work and in our own learning and growth. We keep our feet firmly on the ground  and hold client needs & objectives in mind all the time.
