Coaching is a powerful and targeted intervention for those who are serious about realising more.

Who do we work with?
We believe that everybody could benefit from coaching so we work with people from all backgrounds including corporates, charities, executives, teams and  private individuals who find us. We have learnt that our clients have some common characteristics:

  • They are not content with the way things are and want to feel more alive & fulfilled
  • They want to find clarity & direction to give them the freedom to make positive choices in their life and step into action

What issues can coaching support?
We believe most  people are  suitable for coaching  if they are prepared to explore what is holding them back and are ready to make changes in their life. Organisations, teams & individuals have a variety of entry point's to coaching:

  • To understand and move beyond their unique potential
  • To crystallise a vision and reach for their dreams
  • Relationship concerns, e.g. Work team or personal
  • Confidence issues
  • Career choices
  • To deepen their understanding of themselves and others
  • Taking time to reflect and evaluate where they are
  • Wanting a more fulfilling life or aspect of life
  • To focus on a specific goal(s), e.g. creating a good Work/Life Balance

How can coaching help me?
People invest  in coaching because they want something to change. The power of coaching is that an effective Coach is not a friend, rather an objective person who will champion you. They will really listen and hear what you are yearning for in your life. An effective coach knows to provide a safe and challenging environment to explore thoughts, feelings and ideas; they will value you and harness your 'best self' to work through solutions and keep your goals and life purpose in focus.

Coaching helps you live a purposeful and authentic life, encouraging you to realise your potential and be brave enough to see beyond what even you thought was possible.

How will I find the right coach?
The most important thing is that it is the right fit for you. You  have to feel that you can trust and feel safe to open up and work with the coach as an individual or as part of a team. Trust your instincts on this one. If you are not sure - notice that. Get a second opinion from a close friend or talk to a few to get a feel for them. You could try a web based search. You should look for someone with a professional qualification, someone that is confident and competent. There are many different professional bodies and coaching associations. It is a a little confusing. Most of our coaches are 'Certified Professional Co-Active Coaches' (CPCC), a qualification endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

There are many different styles and ways of coaching. In our approach we are prepared to do whatever it takes for the sake of our clients' learning & growth. We understand the issues and give you tangible ways to work through them without judging or colluding with you.

How many sessions will I need?
We recommend individual clients to work with us for a minimum of 3 months to gain the most benefit  and support while the client is making changes in their life. There is no obligation to do this; the important thing is that it is of value to you in your life. Some clients access coaching for years as a way of taking a step back to reflect and evaluate where they are and what they want for their future.

How much does it cost?
Our fees vary according to the professional coach or team you work with. We have a different structure for corporate / business work and private work. Vat is charged at 17.5 % and we ask that you cover the cost of venue hire / refreshments.
