Isabel Mortimer
Isabel is an established leader, having been Resident Director for Matthew Bourne's New Adventures Dance Company.

During her successful 22 year career as a professional dancer and choreographer she worked with some of Europe's most innovative directors; performing principal roles in London's West End and taking centre stage on Broadway. Throughout her time as Resident Director she coached and mentored people from all different walks of life.

Performing made her aware of the power of choice in every moment. She learnt to be highly tuned to herself and other people. She has amazing skills of understanding and intuition and is able to get to the heart of a situation fast.

Isabel is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CPCC (endorsed by the International Coaching Federation, ICF).

She has worked with organisations such as AstraZeneca, NCH, Royal Borough of Kingston and Royal Mail
