Often our starting point is the individual. Building greater self awareness and working towards personal goals and dreams is powerful work.

We spend a large proportion of our time in relationships or systems bigger than ourselves, e.g. school, work, family, social groups. Some of the greatest needs stem from the interrelationship of people, not the individual. The other lens we have is 'Relationship or Group'. What would the point be of looking at the individual solely and not at the context of the relationship(s) they form a part of?
