Coaching is a powerful and targeted intervention for those who are serious about realising more.

Coaching is a non-directive form of development. It helps find clarity and direction and focuses on supporting a client's goals, be they organisational or personal. There are many aspects to our lives. Being more fulfilled or alive and achieving goals in any one of those aspects is a worthy pursuit. One of the main aims of coaching is to challenge the status quo and empower you to make positive choices for your life. Coaching relationships are focused and tend to exist for a specific medium term period.

In addition to 1 to 1, we coach Leadership Teams and other groups where the 'whole relationship' is the client.

Instead of trying to fix, advise or tell you how to lead your life, it is about understanding and challenging old behaviour patterns/habits or self limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from achieving a goal or leading a more fulfilling and purposeful life. We tend to use a model called 'Co-Active' Coaching' as it fits with our philosophy and gives our clients positive results and . There are four cornerstones:

  1. The agenda comes from the client (we coach whatever issue comes up)
  2. We believe the client is naturally resourceful, creative and whole (psychologically healthy).
  3. The client must be willing to work with challenging issues and gain a sense of empowerment & self confidence.
  4. Coaching deals with a client's whole life as one area may impact on another (area of focus).
